Ideally, the research should cover areas such as the evolution\/development of real estate&nbsp;tokenization, key industry players, factors contributing to its growth over time, its market potential, implications, and how the industry can leverage the business opportunities.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">The research grant is funded by APREA Chairman John Lim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Amount of funding<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">APREA will allocate up to US$20,000 in this round. The research should be a forward-looking, provocative and authoritative thought-leadership piece. For this, a timeline of a maximum of three (3) months from the date of grant will be allowed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Who is eligible to apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Applicants can be individuals or teams of researchers, based in a university, consultancy, or a not-for-profit&nbsp;organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Application timeline<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">All applications should be emailed to&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:APREAresearch@aprea.asia\"><\/a><a href=\"mailto:APREAresearch@aprea.asia\">APREAresearch@aprea.asia<\/a>&nbsp;no later than Tuesday, 15th February 2022, 6:00 pm SGT.
