APREA is delighted to welcome a new member:Pensioenfonds Detailhandel<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pensioenfonds Detailhandel<\/strong> – Pension Fund for the Dutch Retail Industry – aims to pay out a good pension to its contributors and is convinced that sustainable investing will also create value in the longer term. Pensioenfonds Detailhandel encourages the companies it invests in to act responsibly towards the environment, society and employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To further shape this vision, Pensioenfonds Detailhandel has placed extra focus on four SDG\u2019s: ‘Decent work and economic growth’ (SDG 8), ‘Responsible consumption and production’ (SDG 12), ‘Climate action’ (SDG 13) and ‘Peace, justice and strong institutions’ (SDG 16) and integrates these SDG\u2019s as much as possible in it\u2019s investment portfolios. Contrary to what may be thought of a typical pension fund, Pensioenfonds Detailhandel is a down-to-earth organization based in Utrecht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With more than 32.000 employers, more than one million participants and asset under management of \u20ac 31 billion, Pensioenfonds Detailhandel is one of the larger pension funds in the Netherlands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The pension fund was established in 1972 and is a member of the Dutch Pension Federation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
