class=\"\">\u30a4\u30f3\u30d5\u30e9 REIT \u30d1\u30a4\u30ed\u30c3\u30c8 \u30d7\u30ed\u30b0\u30e9\u30e0\u306e\u5c0e\u5165\u306f\u4e2d\u56fd\u306b\u3068\u3063\u3066\u753b\u671f\u7684\u306a\u51fa\u6765\u4e8b\u3067\u3059\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u30a2\u30b8\u30a2\u592a\u5e73\u6d0b\u4e0d\u52d5\u7523\u5354\u4f1a\uff08APREA\uff09\u306f\u3001\u30a4\u30f3\u30d5\u30e9 REIT \u306e\u30d1\u30a4\u30ed\u30c3\u30c8 \u30d7\u30ed\u30b0\u30e9\u30e0\u3092\u5f37\u304f\u652f\u6301\u3057\u3066\u304a\u308a\u3001\u4e2d\u56fd\u306e\u30a4\u30f3\u30d5\u30e9 REIT \u30e2\u30c7\u30eb\u306e\u5fae\u8abf\u6574\u306b\u95a2\u3059\u308b\u8b70\u8ad6\u306b\u7d99\u7d9a\u7684\u306b\u5efa\u8a2d\u7684\u306a\u8ca2\u732e\u3092\u3057\u305f\u3044\u3068\u8003\u3048\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">APREA \u306f\u9577\u5e74\u306b\u308f\u305f\u308a\u3001\u4e2d\u56fd\u306e\u898f\u5236\u5f53\u5c40\u3084\u653f\u5e9c\u6a5f\u95a2\u3068\u7dca\u5bc6\u306b\u5354\u529b\u3057\u3001\u73fe\u4ee3\u306e REIT \u306b\u95a2\u3059\u308b\u56fd\u969b\u7684\u306a\u30d9\u30b9\u30c8 \u30a2\u30a4\u30c7\u30a2\u3092\u5171\u6709\u3057\u3001\u4e2d\u56fd\u306e\u9577\u671f\u7684\u306a\u30cb\u30fc\u30ba\u3092\u6e80\u305f\u3059 REIT \u30e2\u30c7\u30eb\u306b\u95a2\u3059\u308b\u30a2\u30c9\u30d0\u30a4\u30b9\u3092\u63d0\u4f9b\u3057\u3066\u304d\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">COVID-19\u30d1\u30f3\u30c7\u30df\u30c3\u30af\u5f8c\u306e\u7d4c\u6e08\u6d3b\u52d5\u3092\u6d3b\u6027\u5316\u3055\u305b\u308b\u30e1\u30ab\u30cb\u30ba\u30e0\u3068\u3057\u3066REIT\u3092\u6d3b\u7528\u3059\u308b\u6a5f\u4f1a\u3092\u8003\u3048\u308b\u3068\u3001\u3053\u306e\u30d1\u30a4\u30ed\u30c3\u30c8\u30d7\u30ed\u30b0\u30e9\u30e0\u306e\u767a\u8868\u306f\u30bf\u30a4\u30e0\u30ea\u30fc\u3060\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u3053\u306e\u30d1\u30a4\u30ed\u30c3\u30c8\u30d7\u30ed\u30b0\u30e9\u30e0\u306f\u3001\u4e2d\u56fd\u304c\u7d4c\u6e08\u306e\u52e2\u3044\u3092\u53d6\u308a\u623b\u3059\u306e\u306b\u5f79\u7acb\u3064\u3060\u3051\u3067\u306a\u304f\u3001\u7d4c\u6e08\u306e\u56de\u5fa9\u529b\u3092\u5f37\u5316\u3057\u3001\u3088\u308a\u5e83\u7bc4\u306a\u793e\u4f1a\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u3092\u652f\u63f4\u3059\u308b\u300c\u6226\u7565\u7684\u30a4\u30f3\u30d5\u30e9\u300d\u3092\u69cb\u7bc9\u3059\u308b\u3068\u3044\u3046\u4e2d\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u306e\u76ee\u6a19\u9054\u6210\u306b\u3082\u5f79\u7acb\u3061\u307e\u3059\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u3053\u306e\u30d1\u30a4\u30ed\u30c3\u30c8 \u30d7\u30ed\u30b0\u30e9\u30e0\u306e\u969b\u7acb\u3063\u305f\u7279\u5fb4\u306f\u3001\u7269\u6d41\u65bd\u8a2d\u3001\u30c7\u30fc\u30bf \u30bb\u30f3\u30bf\u30fc\u3001\u5de5\u696d\u56e3\u5730\u306a\u3069\u306e\u30c6\u30af\u30ce\u30ed\u30b8\u30fc\u6307\u5411\u306e\u8cc7\u7523\u304c\u542b\u307e\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3042\u308a\u3001APREA \u306f\u3053\u308c\u3092\u5927\u6b53\u8fce\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">APREA \u306f\u4e2d\u56fd\u306b\u7279\u5225\u6280\u8853\u8aee\u554f\u59d4\u54e1\u4f1a\u3092\u8a2d\u7acb\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u3053\u306e\u59d4\u54e1\u4f1a\u306b\u306f\u3001\u8457\u540d\u306a\u4e0d\u52d5\u7523\u696d\u754c\u306e\u30ea\u30fc\u30c0\u30fc\u3067\u3082\u3042\u308b\u56fd\u969b\u7684\u304a\u3088\u3073\u56fd\u5185\u306e REIT \u5c02\u9580\u5bb6\u304c\u53c2\u52a0\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">APREA \u3068\u305d\u306e\u4e2d\u56fd\u8aee\u554f\u59d4\u54e1\u4f1a\u306e\u8a73\u7d30\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u306f\u3001\u3053\u306e\u63d0\u51fa\u66f8\u985e\u306e\u4ed8\u9332\u3092\u53c2\u7167\u3057\u3066\u304f\u3060\u3055\u3044\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">\u3053\u306e APREA \u59d4\u54e1\u4f1a\u306f\u3001\u30ac\u30a4\u30c9\u30e9\u30a4\u30f3\u306b\u6982\u8aac\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u554f\u984c\u3092 7 \u3064\u306e\u30c8\u30d4\u30c3\u30af\u3067\u691c\u8a0e\u3057\u3001CSRC \u3068 NDRC \u304c\u691c\u8a0e\u3059\u3079\u304d 19
