CREIF - Enrolment and Payment Print E-mail
Enrolment and payment options

All applicants need to complete and submit an Enrolment Form. There are two options available:

OPTION 1:
Enrol online - complete and submit the CREIF online enrolment form.

OPTION 2:
Enrol by fax or mail - download and print the CREIF Enrolment Kit. Complete and return the enrolment form, payment and declaration form and return by fax or mail to:

Payment can be made by telegraphic transfer, cheque or American Express credit card. If payment is to be made by your employer or other third party, please proceed as per Option 2, download the Enrolment Form and complete the ‘Payment by employer’ section, ensuring you have an Authoriser’s signature.

You will receive a confirmation of enrolment notice once your application has been processed and payment received.


Terms and Conditions
Refund
Fees will not be refunded if a participant withdraws after the program has commenced, or where study notes have been dispatched except under the following circumstances:
  • where the participant’s application for enrolment is declined by APREA Institute;
  • whereby reason or reasons beyond the participant’s control, including acts of government authorities, civil strikes and riots, the participant is prevented from studying a subject.
  • Where APREA Institute cancels a subject in which the participant has enrolled.



 


Payment terms

  • Confirmation of enrolment is subject to receipt of full payment prior to commencement of the workshop. Please choose carefully as refunds will only be given in accordance with APREA Institute’s refund policy above.
  • Payment can be made by credit card (AMEX), cheque or telegraphic transfer. Telegraphic transfer charges are to be borne by the payer. For payment by AMEX, a transaction fee of 4% of the invoice amount will be added to the payment.
  • If a credit card or cheque is dishonoured, participants will be required to pay any related bank charges.
  • Payment may take up to five (5) working days to be debited from a nominated account or credit card.
  • A confirmation will be sent once enrolment has been processed and payment received.
     









 


Participant’s declaration
Participants MUST sign and date the participant declaration on the enrolment form before the application is submitted to APREA Institute.

Privacy
APREA Institute requires the information provided by you in this form to administer and manage the provision of our education services. Additionally it will assist us in providing and improving APREA’s products and services, providing updates to you, sending you promotional and marketing material and invitations to be involved in APREA’s events and activities, and conducting other marketing and promotional activities. You will always have an opportunity to decline to receive marketing material. If you do not provide the required information, we may be unable to provide you with education services. In order to deliver certain materials and information, and to otherwise deliver our products and services, APREA may provide your personal information to third parties or agents appointed to deliver our services to you (e.g. couriers and telecommunication service providers) and may publish a list of graduates for the purpose of display and use in promotional material. You will always have the opportunity to notify APREA Institute if you do not want your name to be published. If your employer has completed the Approving Manager’s section of the Enrolment Kit, APREA Institute may provide feedback to your employer about the status of your course and your student records. You may raise any concerns you may have about APREA’s handling of your personal information by contacting APREA by email, phone, fax or letter. Approving Manager’s signature
