Company Description:	The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Provident Fund was established by virtue of Monetary Board Resolution Nos. 801 dated 02 July 1965 and 1263 dated 28 July 1978 pursuant to Republic Act No. 4537. It was created to provide additional incentives and retirement benefits to BSP personnel. It is administered by its Board of Trustees while its operations are carried out by the BSP Provident Fund Office.
